Why the Nighttime Gardener?
Because that's when I have time to garden.
Now that my kids are older - they'll be 2 and 5 this summer - I think they might be able to help. It makes me so ridiculously happy to see them out in the yard picking tomatoes and eating them off the vine. Their palates are still narrow, but I hope that if we grow beans and chard every year, eventually they'll enjoy those, too.

Greetings
I am neither snarky nor witty. I am not vegan and I do not
homeschool my children. I am not a stay-at-home-mom, a full-time
employee, a company president. I have not had any significant parenting
challenges to-date. My children are healthy, my marriage is happy. I
drink wine, but not often enough or knowledgeably enough to make funny
or informed comments about it.
So, for all intents and purposes, I am a wholly unremarkable woman. But perhaps you will connect with my experience in some way on some level, and the world will be a little bit smaller for one moment in time.
